"TROY", 6 mos. old, deaf needs rescue.
already house trained, good with cats, dogs, loves kids.
70 lbs., TROY WAS BORN DEAF. HE KNOWS SOME HAND SIGNS.

I know...does anyone even know what rescues would cover WV? If they cant get him a foster home maybe they could at least pull him?

"an adopted dog" - not sure if he is adopted, but am hoping!
