Looking for Harl in Oregon

Hi! My name is Robin and I am looking for a harl, no age or sex preference. I need a dog that is well socialised and gets along with kids, dogs and cats. I am an experienced dog owner although this would be my first Dane. Would be an indoor, well loved member of the family.

Have you looked at Petfinder http://www.petfinder.org
They list rescues and adoptable dogs.

Hope you'll stick around and learn all about how to care for Danes, they do have some special needs, plus you'll love telling and hearing Dane stories!

Thanks! I think I will like it here Have been busy trying to read and learn all I can.

I have looked at petfinder and in fact have been talking with a woman about one of the dogs who sounds like a possibility. The others that are available are either not recommended for kids or not recommended for cats, so unfortunately wouldn't fit in with our family.
