I remember my first show 31 years ago. I showed up with a dog on a leash and dragging an airline crate #400. I bought a set of wheels that day!!!
This is what I was going to suggest also - A crate dolly will make things really easy. Most show sites will not allow a soft crate, so a dolly is MUST have item.

I am most times on my own, but on those rare occasions when one of my son's comes along.....WOOHOO!! The help is immeasurable!!! Especially with the EZ-up...
I have no problem asking complete strangers for help the night before the show to help set up the EZ-up.

My dogs may not be my whole life, but they make my life whole.
