Bleeding ear tips

I have a 2-1/2 year old harlequin girl with uncropped (floppy/natural) ears. Three times now, she has abraded the tips of her ears When she shakes, she sprays droplets of blood around. We’re at our wits’ end, as it’s almost impossible to keep a bandaid on the affected ear.
Anyone else had this problem? Suggestions welcome. Dorothy is wonderful every other way.

We used to have this issue with many rescue danes and between that and happy tail, it was a mess ! We found the no wrap ear flap to be a life saver !
