A LOVING TRIBUTE TO...

"Hannah"

Here is my old timer Hannah.  Hannah is currently approximately 16 years old.  I rescued Hannah from out city kennel nearly 14 years ago, our vet aged her at about 2 years old when we got her. She was living at the local kennel, and I was a police dispatcher. Our dog warden called me and asked if I could help him out by giving a foster home to a Dalmation/Greyhound mix (in his defense, she was VERY underweight when I got her).  I went to the kennel that afternoon, took one look at that sad, skinny face and said "That, would be a harl Great Dane, and I will keep her." And the rest is history.

Aside from a little bit of arthritis in her spine, Hannah is healthy as a horse. She still loves to wrestle from time to time with our Mastiff, Ollie (he is SO gentle with her that is borders on comical). Because of this sweet, gentle dog, we will ALWAYS have at least one Dane in the house. Thanks for listening.
