IN LOVING MEMORY
"Our Angel"
He came to us in dire straits.
We took him in and exchanged our love.
His heart was strong, unlike the rest.
Soon we knew he was an angel from above.
His love glowed through his tattered body.
His foolish smile, his love to run,
Adopting him was the greatest thing
We've ever done!
The odds always seemed against him.
Diseases and Age took their toll.
But with a gentle wag of his tail,
Our love for each other, Always prevailed.
God has taken him back,
To the home he is from.
We called him Chief,
Chief of Affection,
Chief of Love,
Chief of all four-legged angels,
Who come from above.
We Will Love and Miss You Always Chief Dog!!!
