I would like to take the time and let everyone know that BLOAT is a very sneaky thing that can happen. I would of never thought that it would happen to any of my Danes since I have taken every pre-caution there is, I thought. On June 8th, 2003 I lost one of my Danes due to this. I am still trying to figure out what I could of done different. 

Duke was a very special part of our family and one that we will miss dearly. I know that he is in God's hands now and I will see him on the other side of the rainbow one day. So until that time comes I know he will be waiting , for he left behind several beautiful puppies that we will always cherish. We miss you "DUKE".
