Coping with pet loss || Grief and pet loss || Pet loss and grieving

A loved one is never truly gone until they are forgotten, live in the hearts of those left behind is to live forever!

In loving memory of our sweet boy Theo.

He was only 4 1/2 years old. The surgeries, the pneumothorax (x2) and the daily trips to the vet and then a diagnosis of dilated cardiomyopathy, I couldn't put you though one more second of pain or give you another dozen pills at one time.

Such a wonderful loving boy who loved his family like no tomorrow. The girls will miss you, they don't understand they are just too young. We will miss you ever so much, every hug, every kiss, every nudge while I was on the computer, every bark. It will all be missed. You were defiantly our protector our night in shinning armor.

I'm sorry I had to make that decision for you but I didn't want you to feel anymore pain, not one more second. For your last weeks must have been like hell on earth and I am SO SO SORRY for that.

We love you so much. We may get Malibu a friend, but remember that friend will NEVER replace you, for you were my man. I delivered you & I help you to leave your pain.

Now we lay you down to rest don't forget us, wait for us at the rainbow bridge for we will be looking for you!!!!

Love Mommy, Daddy, Grandma, Grandpa, Leigh-Ann, Emmah & Malibu.

We miss you terribly
