"Kira" (Baby Girl)
Oct. 2001 – Feb. 2004
Gone from our home but not from our hearts.
Saying Goodbye to our Baby Girl this week was one of the hardest things
our family has had to do. Kira was a beautiful 145lb blue Dane that was as
gentle and loving as a family companion could be. A princess and
protector, sitting on her couch in the front window letting everyone
outside know that it was her house they were approaching. Never one to
sleep on the floor, she shared our bed with us, making the loss even
harder.
More than just a pet, Kira was a bright star in our family. Unfortunately,
bright stars burn fast and our Baby Girl is gone, a puppy forever in our
dreams.
