Welcome to Great Danes Online. Great Danes Online provides its service to you, subject to
the following terms. When using the services of Great Dane Online, you are subject to any
posted guidelines or rules applicable to any services that we offer.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Great Dane Online provides a service, whereby Great Dane breeders (sellers) and Great Dane
buyers meet within a common forum in an attempt to place Great Danes in suitable homes.
BREEDER/OWNER AD SUBMISSIONS
In consideration of your use of the Great Danes Online service, you agree to:
provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself, your Great Danes,
your kennel, your breeding practices or your suitability to be a responsible Great Dane
breeder/owner. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or
incomplete or not in line with acceptable breeding standards or, at the sole
discretion of Great Danes Online, Great Danes Online has
reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or
incomplete or not in line with acceptable breeding standards, Great Danes Online has the
right to suspend or terminate your listing and refuse any and all current or future use of
the Great Danes Online service. All breeder Affiliate Membership submissions
are subject to annual review.
Affiliate Membership submission does not necessarily
mean that it will be accepted by Great Danes Online. We reserve the right to
refuse/terminate any Affiliate Membership or applications.
AFFILIATE MEMBER'S OBLIGATIONS
If you are an Affiliate Member of Great Danes Online, you agree to: not disclose your
username or password to any other person for any reason whatsoever. Failure to abide by
this condition of service, may result in the termination of your membership. All affiliate
Membership(s) and applications are subject to approval/termination by the management of Great Danes
Online at any time.
PHOTO GALLERY
The
Photo Gallery is for the exclusive use of Great Danes Online members. As a
user of the member’s Photo Gallery you agree to abide by the rules and
policies detailed below.

You agree that you will not post any messages or upload any images that are you do not
own or have not received the legal permission from the owner, obscene,
vulgar, sexually-oriented, hateful, threatening, or otherwise, that is in
violation of any laws.

All messages express the views of the author, and neither the
owners of DOL Member's Photo Gallery or its administrators will be held
responsible for the content of any message or any image in our gallery.

Furthermore,
you agree that owners of DOL Member's Photo Gallery have the right to
remove, edit, or move any image or post for any reason
GREAT DANES ONLINE OBLIGATIONS
You acknowledge that Great Danes Online does it's best to pre-screen all of the ads that
are placed in its newsletter to provide accurate and complete information about both
breeder (seller) and buyer. Great Danes Online shall have the right (but not the
obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse or remove any content that is available via
the Great Danes Online service. You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks
associated with the use of any content, including any reliance on the accuracy,
completeness, or usefulness of such content that is published via Great Danes Online. You
acknowledge that you may not rely solely on any content created by Great Danes Online or
submitted to Great Danes Online.
With respect to content you elect to send to Great Danes Online for inclusion in publicly
accessible areas of Great Danes Online (photos, graphics or text), you remain the sole
owner of any such content. You also agree that you are the legal owner of any photos,
graphics and/or text that you submit for publication or you do have the legal permission
of the owner(s) to do so. You also grant permission to Great Danes online to
reproduce, alter and/or post, any photos,
graphics or text you supply.
CREDIT CARD POLICY
Upon receiving your order via our secure
server, your credit card details are immediately processed by our staff. Your credit card
number is not written down, printed, displayed or shown to anyone but the credit card
company. Once your transaction has been confirmed, your credit card information is
destroyed in a manner that is acceptable with the card issuing organization. Your order is
immediately deleted from the server at which it was received. This ensures that there is
no risk in respect of the information important to you, and minimizes exposure of critical
information to undesirable third parties.
LINKS POSTED ON GREAT DANES

Great Danes Online posts many links to sites that are accessible on the internet. We at
Great Danes Online have no control over these sites, therefore we do not endorse, nor
accept any responsibility or liability as to content or availability of these sites. All
breeder link submissions are subject to approval by the management of Great Danes Online.
Any breeder link may be removed at any time.
GREAT DANES ONLINE DISCUSSION FORUM AND CHAT ROOM
The Great Danes Online Discussion Forums are not moderated. Every user agrees that:
- You certify that you are 18 years of age. All those
individuals under 18 years of age will need a full release form from their parents before
posting any messages. This is in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy
Protection Act of 2000 (COPPA).
- You agree not to hold Great Danes Online or it's
Discussion Forum members liable for anything stated/posted within the forums.
- You agree that you will not copy and retransmit any
information in any form whatsoever from any of the Great Danes Online forums without first getting the permission
of Great Danes Online and the original author of the message.
- You agree that you will be respectful of other users.
- Personal attacks will not be tolerated. Should
any user
initiate a personal attack or use any type of language that is considered to be
inappropriate or offensive by the site owner, they will be barred from all further
discussions.
- You agree that you will not post
(message content or signature) any images or comments with the intention of selling a
dog(s) or any other animal(s), a product(s) or a service(s).
- You agree to use only one username and
not allow others to use yours. If
you would like to re-register using a different username, you are
obligated to inform the webmaster of Great Danes Online. Any breach of
this agreement may result in being banned from the Discussion Forum
and/or Chat Room.
- You agree not to post any specific
breeder/kennel names.
- You agree that you will not post any
copyright text, images or other material without the express permission of
the legal owner.
- If you send/receive a private message
internally via the DOL Forum, please be aware that private messages are
deemed as confidential. You agree that you will not copy, repost or
retransmit any portion of the private message in any form whatsoever,
without the author's permission.
- Any and/or all posts may be edited/removed at the
discretion of the site owner.
DOL FORUM CLASSIFIED ADS
DOL Forum Classified Ads is intended for Great Dane related items only.
By posting your classified ad on DOL Classified Ads, you agree that it is in
compliance with our DOL Forum/Great Danes Online general guidelines. We
reserve the right to remove any ads in violation of our guidelines that are
brought to our attention. Therefore, all ads that are in violation of our
guidelines are subject to being removed immediately and without prior
notice.
By posting an ad here, you agree to the following statement:
I agree that I will be solely responsible for the content of all classified
ads that I post under this program and that I will indemnify the DOL Forum
Classified Ads and hold it harmless for any losses or damages to myself or
to others that may result directly or indirectly from any ads that I post
here.
I also agree that Great Danes Online/ DOL Forum will not be responsible for
buyers/sellers not completing any implied agreement to buy or sell. I agree
to enter into a buy/sell agreement at my own risk.
By posting an ad on DOL Forum Classified Ads, you further agree to the
following guidelines:

ads with the intention of selling a dog(s) or any other animal(s).

No racist, hateful, or
otherwise offensive items/comments will be tolerated.

No ad promoting activities
that would be illegal under the laws of this State or Province, this
Country, or of the state or country of domicile of the person posting the ad
shall be allowed.

reserves the ultimate discretion as to which ads, if any, are in violation
of these guidelines.
INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold Great Danes Online, and it's affiliates, officers, or
other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable
attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to, or arising out of content you submit or
any content that Great Danes Online transmits through the Great Danes Online service.
