I am hoping to find an older pup or adult Harlequin Dane with elegantly cropped, LONG ears and 'stay cool' disposition. I used to enjoy perfect, older Danes from Eva Robinson, a trusted friend, breeder and show judge. One of these even traveled with me to Asia where my husband and I served off-shore banking needs of a well-known US financial institution. (The CEO insisted on covering all costs for this adult Dane to accompany us -- anyone who has ever shipped Danes will know that the Dane's travel costs far exceeded the combined travel costs of both my husband and myself! -- Those were the days...!)

Our only child was raised with Eva's Danes and, as a young child, appeared in published photographs with Riverwood Danes. Our daughter's birthday is Christmas Eve so I am hoping to find another Harlequin true friend and companion for her before then. Thank you for considering this request.

Loki is a 4 month old AKA registered black/white mantle male. He loves to play and he's really big for just a baby (almost 40 lbs already), and very even-tempered. He has all his shots except the very last round. He is crate trained, and has been very well taken care of. He is very attractive (pretty markings, shiny coat, and lively expressions with his ears forward) and gets lots of compliments from strangers.

For health reasons (mine) I think I'm in over my head as far as the amount of attention he needs compared to what I can give him since I work full-time and don't have any children at home to keep him entertained. he wears me out when I get home every day, which isn't good long-term for me or him. I think he would thrive in a home with kids to play with.

I've invested a lot in obtaining the best equipment, which would all go with him, of course, including a 6-month supply of heartworm meds, some meds for if/when he has an irritated tummy/bowels, and a couple months of flea/tick treatment. I'm not looking to recover what I've spent on him, I'm more interested in making sure my mistake in judgment isn't made worse by not finding him a good home, but I would expect anyone wanting to make that kind of commitment to invest something on it.

Prada had a beautiful litter August 25th- four show marked harlequins
and one show mantle. The strucutral "pick" of the litter is a huge
mantle merle male--wouldn't you know! Ear crops are scheduled for
October 25th and puppies will be ready for their new homes after their
stitches are out.

We still have two show potential harlequin males both very relaxed and calm, a mismarked mantle male companion, and a black male with white markings companion available.

These puppies have an excellent pedigree, line bred BMW on dam's side with some Riverwood, and MichaeldaneJB and GMJ on the sire side with numerous champions on both sides for decades. The puppies will have been vaccinated with DA2PP at six and nine weeks, wormed with Nemex2 liquid, vet checked, dew claws removed, and ears cropped. Health is replacement guaranteed for two years. They have been raised inside our home and socialized.

The puppies have also had Battaglia's neural stimulation from days 3-16, Vollard method temperament testing, and will have structural evaluations at
eight weeks using Pat Hasting's method. They are healthy and thriving

Dynasty Danes proudly announces the B litter! A gorgeous litter of nine whelped on October 19th, 2009. A lovely split of color resulting in 6 blues and 3 blacks. There are 2 black males, 1 black female, 1 blue female, and 5 blue males.

Wonderful European pedigree featuring Danes from France, Italy, and The Netherlands. These puppies will have great bone and substance and will be true to the European breed standard. Both parents have been health tested.

All puppies will be vet checked, be up to date on vaccinations, be microchipped, and will be registered with AKC. All puppies come with a 2 year health guarantee and a puppy contract. Puppies will be ready to go to their new homes after December 15th, 2009. Shipping and cropping is also available to interested parties.

Also available, a one year old blue female from the 'A' litter. She is current on vaccinations, is microchipped, and has been spayed. She is AKC registered and is available to an approved home. She is an absolute sweetheart and love! She is learning her basic obedience commands and is potty trained. She does wonderfully in a crate. Gets along great with cats and children.
