On 11/29/12 our boy Argos started dry heaving. We took him to the ER vet where he was diagnosed with bloat. They wanted 4300$ for surgery and we could not afford it. They said he would not survive the night without the surgery and they tried tubing him, but his esophagus was twisted as well.
We sadly decided to put him down, and it's killing me. I'm so worried about his brother because they have been companions since they were very young.
I'm just sick. I'm so sick that money was a deciding factor and I just want to cry and hole up... he was such an amazing, healthy boy. I just wish I could have saved him.
RIP my little boy-- 4/9/09-11/29/12
