Seattle Neuter/Gastropexy Vets

Does anyone know of a good vet that does neutering and gastropexy in Seattle or the Eastside? We got a quote from Animal Surgical Clinic of Seattle and it was insane! It looks like a very reputable place but the quote was way out of the ranges I've seen for other areas. Any one have a good resource? Thanks!
