MO meet-up!

I am looking to start a Dane meet-up group in the St. Louis area. There are dog parks all over so if we have enough people we can switch it up. I am looking for people who can hopefully meet up once a month.

I have no idea if there are that many people in the STL area... but thought I would try it!

If there is already people that meet up, Nyx, Zoe and I would love to join in!

I noticed this thread was started a while ago, but I am definitely interested! Maybe we should re-post and see if more people may jump on this too! I have a soon to be 3 yr. old female harlequin and as of Thursday will be adopting a 2 yr. old black male and would love to meet up with other dane lovers and see my kids play with other big kids!

I would still love to do this....however, I will be honest. I am not a big fan of dog parks as there are so many unknowns....and ignorant owners. But if someone is pretty familiar with certain ones I am willing to give it a try!

i would absolutely LOVE to participate!! my biggest problem is finding my way around st. louis. when i go there to rescue functions, i always have to have my son drive. i can get lost at the EDGE of town! LOL

what are the possibilities of meeting somewhere outside of st. louis, say the alton area? i don't know if there are any dog parks or anywhere that it would be feasible but if there's a place or two accessible to everybody without driving great distances, I'M IN!!!

STL meetup

I would LOVE to meetup somewhere in or around STL. There are plenty of parks that they can be off leash and run around in as well there are also many dog parks.

Maggie and I would love to meet other great danes. We've met only a couple so far.

Count me in,I live in Illinois by Edwardsville and would love to get together with other dane owners. I don't have any problem driving. Charlene we could car pool,St. Louis dont bother me at all. I have a dane pup and a dane mix that both love to play and get along really well with other dogs.

I would love to join this meetup I am newish to DOL and haven't posted very much.

I have a 4 month old harlequin girl, Zora. I don't have anybody that owns a GD in my area that I know of. I also have a 2 year old doberman girl who would love to meet other big dogs.

I get intimidated driving around STL county, but if there was a meetup in St. Charles area I would go.
