I have been contacted about an 8 year old GD. Wondering how hard it is going to be to place one just based on age. I haven't met the dog yet so lets say he is absolutely perfect. Should I think of this as a permanent fostering situation and just hope for a home?
Im also worried about neutering. How dangerous would a neuter be at 8 yrs old? Should I try and get my rescue to waive the neuter requirement? Can an 8 yr old even reproduce? Gah, I hope he is not HW positive....
Hope for the best, but expect the worse. Waiting to hear back from the contact trying to persuade the owner to give him to her instead of...well based on what he has said I can't image the dog has been well taken care of
