  • Ear Halo?...

I was reading through some of the ear crop/tape posts and came across a link for a contraption called "Ear Halo".

It seems like it would be a really easy alternative to taping. I was wondering if anyone on here has used it or heard anything about it? I want to try to get some input before I buy since it is a little pricey.

    Thanks!

It still requires surgical glue and tape, so I vote just a gimmick. Taping works just fine, IMO.

I think the halo is very hard if you have other dog's.....I myself tape it seem's to do the best job...I just find with the weather being so hot I have to redo the tape alot more. Good Luck

Looking at the pics and video, I don't like how the halo holds the ears completely erect at all times. Seems to me that when the halo comes off and the dog starts using his head muscles to prick the ears, the ears would touch at the tips and form a "party hat."

        I vote tape, too.
