  • When do they take out the stiches?

I am getting my baby's ears cropped through my breeder. I think she will get his ears cropped around 6-7 weeks... and he gets to come home on the 8th week. Anws... my question is... how long after the cropping surgery do the stiches come out?

I believe it was right around 7-10 days. Some puppies heal quicker than others though. Watch the ears carefully, sometimes the skin will heal over the stitches and it is not nice when you have to dig to get the stitches out.

We take ours out at 6 days 7 at the most.6 days they are easier to get out and the ears heal so much quicker once they are out IMO
