"Thanks"

What is the "Thanks" down in the lower right corner of some people's reply box? I just noticed it...is it new? What's it for? Am I the only one who doesn't have it?

When you find a post helpful and click the "Thanks" icon, it puts a message at the bottom of the post that thanks the poster for that post (if that makes sense the way I wrote it)

Yes, I saw that. I meant that there isn't a " Thanks" symbol in the lower right of my reply box. I guess it's not a big deal, I was just curious.
