  • One of our Danes is a Hero! (my moms)

Today my mom was doing laundry and I got a call from her, and during the call Lola (dane) started barking at the dryer. Thankfully my brother rushed over and checked what she was barking at and when he opened the door he found his cat!!!!!!!! My mom had checked to see if the laundry was dry and it wasn't, so she turned it back on. Well at some point when the door was open the cat hopped on in.

Lola gets an extra special treat tonight!!!!

                        woo hoo Lola!

Unfortunately, I know several people who had this happen to their cats. They had no wonder dog to save them My husband thinks I am nuts because I frequently panic in the middle of laundry and search for the cats....(I probably shouldnt say frequently...but if the dryer ever makes weird noises)

Wow, what a story! I have two curious Bengals whom jump in the dryer all the time but I'm really paranoid about that and I tend to do head counts too.
