Has anyone here done any business with or heard of a company called Pet Parade in East Saint Louis (Sauget) Il? If so what was your experience?

I placed an order with them back on June 22 for a Cool coat for Banjo, received an order confirmation..and that's it...no other response..they haven't responded to e-mails (many) or returned phone calls despite many numerous attempts...
finally today I gave up trying to get a response from them and filed a complaint with the BBB....still waiting for Banny's cool coat and at this point out $66...not a lot but still nothing to show for it either and no cool coat for Banny and a show coming up soon.
This is one company I won't ever recommend!!

Nope...but I have used this company, they are cheaper ($35) and I was very happy with the product and turn around time.

Did you pay by credit card or paypal? If so just contact them and they will get your money back to you if you never received your order. I wouldn't bother with the company anymore if they are ignoring you-that is just wrong.

Does it specify a time frame my custom coats from Fl took up 6 weeks but they had to make and I was in line etc...The ones Logan mentioned I have one but fine for pups and smaller girls but didnt cover 1/2 Casino and my Pink coat is now WHITE tye died looking I have no clue how that happened and never had any do that.Ill take pics of the last one I got I was shocked.
ETA:It may be faster at this point to pick one up at shows and then you can try it on him.

They will custom make a coat for you if you provide the size you need. Just measure from withers to croup and girth.
