I have exhausted all efforts to help my boy feel better and get him moving again. I have injected Adequan, given him Carprofen and Gabapentin, but he still doesn't appear to be happy or healthy. I'm afraid it may be time. Does anyone have other suggestions that I have missed?

What was he diagnosed with? Have you been to a specialist? Not knowing what the issue is makes it hard to comment... Acupuncture can work very well for a number of different issues.sigpic

when did you start the adequan injections? there is a loading period of about 3 weeks, as i recall, and it takes time for it to build up in his system.Comment

Hi guys! My guy is doing much better. He has arthritis, esp in his right hip. You were right, I just needed to give the Adequan time to work. He still has a hard time getting up, but once up, he's going. The warm weather has been good for him too!Comment

that's great to hear!! my girl, who will be 12 in april, started taking cbd oil about 3 months ago and it has helped in combination with the pain meds and injections. just something for you to think about.
right now it's very cold and rainy here and my own arthritis has been kicking up way more than i'd like it to so i'm sure this kind of weather effects dogs, too. c'mon spring!!Comment

I ordered mine online from Lazarus naturals. CBD oil does not contain THC so it is not considered an illegal substance.~ Lisa & Rupert
