  • Kirkland Food

Hello, got a Dane last night. The breeder recommened Nutri Source Large Puppy Chicken & Rice. The puppy likes it and the stools are good, but I noticed it contains corn meal. Corn is GMO tainted and is harder to digest anyway. Anyone ever tried Kirkland food (Costco)? It is also 4 star rated, less money, and doesn't contain corn products. Comments?

You might get a better response in the kibble section. You're posting this in the vet recommendation by state/province section. Many here feed Nature's Domain. It's a good food for the price and can be fed to puppies.

Hi we just changed our puppy from eagle brand to Kirkland from Costco. Luna is doing really well on the Kirkland natures choice, we add an raw egg for her in the morning and she is so spoiled she won't eat until I put the egg over..

              Organic

Organic is always best. Non organic eggs have antibiotics given to the hens because they're kept in crimped, overcrowded conditions to prevent disease, which then passes to the eggs. If you're giving your dane an egg a day, you're giving you're dane antibiotics every day.
