Andross just over night sprouted the bump on the back upper part of his head. I know it is normal because I have seen other danes who have it and my saint bernard and english mastiff both used to have it but theirs are gone...I guess they grew into it or something. What is the bump for? I'm not even kidding andross just woke up with it this morning! Haha he must be on a growth spurt because he seems to be getting more filled in lately. If your danes have gotten the "bump" what age did they get it and when did it go away if it did?

Spencer has a bump so big the hair stands up. People ask us what is wrong with his head. Some call it a "smart bump" but I don't think that's the case with Spencer.Julie
