"Pets best" pet insurance?

If you have "Pets best" insurance, could you share your opinion and experience with it?

I know there had been a ton of discussions about pet insurance, but I can't find anything specific to this one. I'm considering Pet Bests versus others, based on combination of monthly premium, coverage limit, and coverage, and they insure older dogs; but I wonder if there are any "small prints" and 'unexpected surprises' that aren't mentioned on their website and in sample policy.

I also am looking into pet insurance, I want a policy that will cover (even if it's a seperate rider) orthopedic surgery & spay neuter. Zeus is 5 months old so would like to find a good plan soon. Any suggestions please Thanks I see other links, but can't seem to Delete ?
