No appetite and lethargic

I have a blue Dane female almost 8 that recently had a bad case of urinary track infection and recovered very well
it has been a few weeks and all of a sudden almost no appetite and struggles with energy and sleeps even more than usual
i realize she is a senior for Danes but such a quick turn

you need to get her in for a senior blood panel including thyroid and have her urine tested again because oftentimes, a uti won't clear up with just one round of meds. there are so many reasons this could be happening and you need to get to the bottom of it. nobody here can diagnose for you.
