I've been relatively lucky with a healthy Dane. No issues with bloat, hips, etc.

She's turning 7 in June, happy bday old lady!

She's lazy-ish, calm, sleepy. I bathe her, brush teeth, trim nails, brush, vitamins and water additive. I don't want to do too much, and I don't want to do too little.

Now that it's warming up, I'm walking her more often. How much should I exercise her? I still do our commands. I still take her to the trails for exploration. I don't want to overwork her, but also don't want to be too easy in a negative way.

Is walking 3 to 5 times a week at a moderate pace for 30 minutes good enough? She likes it and seems winded and appreciative.

Hi, you don't need to worry about over working her.. Walking her daily is fine... As long as she is happy and healthy there is no worry.
