I have a fawn male that will be a stud eventually. He is from a brindle/fawn breeding and his past seven generations are all fawns and brindles. He has been show evaluated and has a slightly dirty front. Nothing bad but I would like his chest nice and golden like the rest of him. Would the chances of clearing this up become improved if he mates with another fawn? Could the dirty fronts come from the dominant brindle genes?
I appreciate any advice.
