This entire site has become a raging dumpster fire

When I joined this forum in 2009 it was a thriving community of intelligent, knowledgeable Dane owners. They could answer any question without hesitation, they could educate with the ease of a Harvard scholar. The members were funny, serious, outrageous, kind, and stern when they needed to be (don't buy from a backyard breeder or you'll get an education you never realized you wanted). Almost all of those people fled this site when they "upgraded" it. They took a bunch of money from the members, claimed the site would be "bigger and better" and this is what we have. An absolute garbage dump of a forum, with hardly any comments or replies, pictures that you need a microscope to see, and the organization of a filing cabinet that has been thrown down a steep cliff. The website is no better, broken links, pages that go nowhere, and searches that are useless. How long has it been? I don't remember exactly, because I left soon after. It is too frustrating to navigate this 8th circle of Hell. I come back on occasion to check up with one member and to see if they ever fix anything, they don't. Just had to voice my complete dismay at the ruining of this once beautiful place.

The way it was before was not perfect but I agree it was better than this. I miss being able to interact with everyone I came to consider my friends.

Tell it, Sister! Ugh, the 'better' has made it horribly worse. I miss the old forum so very much. I miss being able to readily interact with all my friends. Miss all y'all.

i don't know why i'm just now seeing this. oh wait, yes i do! BECAUSE DOL FORUMS SUCK!!! i check in here almost every day wishing and hoping they have returned it to its former glory but alas, it's the same ole same ole and i just keep getting beyond disappointed! i see some of my DOL friends on facebook but it just isn't the same. i hate wading through the quagmire of what seems like hundreds of new people with old problems hoping for a glimpse of an old friend. seriously, they may as well just dump this place.

I agree I don't know why I looked just now I guess I hoped something was different. And changed. This place was fabulous . Now it's about a near to nothing pile of shit forum as I've ever seen . I had tons of stored pm' s on dog training that I intended on keeping and using again someday . Thanks to the introduction of this newer forum all that is gone. If James is still in charge of upkeep of this forum I got but one thing to say to you . I don't know what your last name is but you suck in regards to upkeep of the forum I've not seen one thing you have fixed I requested if you had one could navigate through this quagmire. I've not seen not one thing you've fixed anybody has requested . Why am I not surprised . If this post gets me banned I can say without question . I don't give a damn .
